Intellectual Property & Digital License Terms
1. Ownership of Intellectual Property All digital products, downloadable files, templates, workbooks, video content, graphics, and written materials available on this site—whether free or paid—are the exclusive intellectual property of Gradient Psychology ("Company," "we," or "us"). These materials are protected under United States and international copyright laws (17 U.S.C. § 106).
2. Grant of Limited Practice License Upon purchasing or downloading any material, Gradient Psychology grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license for professional use within your immediate practice or organization, subject to the following terms:
Team Member Use: You may share and utilize these materials internally with current members of your immediate practice team (e.g., employees, supervised interns, administrative staff) solely for internal administrative, clinical, or professional development purposes.
Non-Transferability for Departing Team Members: This license is tied strictly to the purchasing individual or practice entity. Team members who leave your practice do not retain independent rights to use, duplicate, or distribute these materials. Departing team members must purchase their own license to continue using any Gradient Psychology resources in a new or independent setting.
Future Client-Facing Materials: If a product is explicitly designated as "client-facing" (e.g., patient worksheets, psychoeducational handouts), you are granted permission to print or digitally share copies directly with your active individual clients for their personal use. Clients acquire no ownership rights, and redistribution by clients is strictly prohibited.
3. Prohibited Uses Except as expressly permitted above, you may not:
Sell, sublicense, rent, lease, or commercially exploit any product.
Upload files to public databases, shared drives outside your immediate internal practice team, or social media platforms.
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from our materials to distribute, market, or sell as your own.
Input or upload our written copy, frameworks, or video content into artificial intelligence models, scrapers, or generative software.
4. Rights Enforcement Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of Gradient Psychology intellectual property constitutes copyright infringement and will result in immediate termination of license access without refund, as well as legal action.
